I mean in the Apple's operating system. Which included Microsoft office etc....Thanks~
all mac you buy , come with apple's operating system, the Mac OS X (latest to date is vers. 10.5 leopard). You don't need to pay any for that, is already pre-installed.
if you buy the mac now off apple, It also comes with iLIFE, kind of like a software suit, with movie player, photo library and viewer, plus other function,
you can take a look at apple's website for more details ^^ http://www.apple.com/ilife/
basic program such as iMail (mac version or outlook) also pre-installed.
regarding to software similar to MS Office, Mac have their own version call iWork, and Microsoft did made a MS office for Mac as well,, but neither of this software is free and not come with the Mac machine, so you need to pay extra for those software.
Please check out the link below , see which of these "office" software suits your need. but my recommendation for people who just switch to mac is to use the MS office, since is just as same as Window's office, you won't have any trouble kicking start right away~
iWork
